the location is very convenient near public transport. it is close to the metro access and bus stop. the british museum is also within a short walk. the hotel helped me keep my luggage after checkout. this allowed me to move freely.
The building has carpet throughout. It has a strange smell.

The room was small. I could barely move. the wallpaper was peeling, and the carpet looked dirty. gross bedding and towels were provided. there were also bugs in the room.

I stayed for several nights and the location was convenient. it allowed quick access to several tube stations. staff were always available, and provided prompt assistance with requests. i especially appreciated the fast resolution when i had a minor issue with the television. They fixed it quickly.
i did notice that the soundproofing could be better. street noise was noticeable at times, particularly during rush hour. this made it a little difficult to relax in the evenings.

I stayed in a Twin Room Private Bathroom. The check-in process was streamlined, and the staff offered support (i appreciated that). My room was on the 3rd floor, and the cleaning standards were high. The location is superb. It's between two metro access points and a bus stop. I was able to store my luggage after checkout. VERY convenient.
I noticed slight wear on the furniture. Nothing MAJOR.

my love and i stayed here and the location was wonderful. it was near the university and many shops. the grocery store nearby had everything we needed. the staff was friendly and helpful with directions to the nearest metro.
